Applications

✓ Suitable for various flat-knit and circular-knit textiles; applicable via both exhaust and pad processes.
Dosage and Application Method
✓ Dissolve the solid product in soft water at a ratio of 1:10 at 60–70°C, stirring with a mixer until a completely uniform solution is obtained.
✓ After complete dissolution, allow the solution temperature to drop while continuing to stir until it cools completely (to 30°C).
✓ Exhaust process:
❖ Dosage (based on 10% solution): 1–2%
❖ pH: 5 ± 0.5
✓ Pad process:
❖ Dosage (based on 10% solution): 10–20 g/L
❖ pH: 5 ± 0.5
Storage and Packaging
✓ Shelf life: Up to 6 months when stored in a sealed container at 5–25°C.
✓ Packaging: 25 kg containers.
